Cthulhu Ftagen He Will Come

Between the creeping madness of Poe and the blind visceral horror of Stephen King lies H.P. Lovecraft. Creator of the great Cthulhu Mythos, Lovecraft is guaranteed to make you doubt the relative safety of the known universe. Imagine, hidden in the lines between light and dark, an order of Beings older than God and Buddha and Time itself, beyond all human comprehension; and imagine a host of demonaic intellectuals, working alone in hidden corners of Northeast America to release them back into the terrestrial world to devour all human souls… Anyways, I don’t want to give anything away, but I suggest you begin by reading the short story “The Call of Cthulhu” before diving into “The Lurker at the Threshold,” and the rest of Lovecraft’s novellas. Though the writing is a little bit antiquated, if you let him, Lovecraft will scare the bejesus out of you, and shatter your peace of mind forever.Cthulhu
